Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on TinkerLLM (tinkerllm.com), operated by Kalvium Labs. We want you to be confident before you pay — and to make it easy to get your money back if the course is not what you expected.

1. Try before you buy

The first 26 exercises of the TinkerLLM course are available completely free, with no payment information required. We strongly encourage you to work through several of them before purchasing the full course so you can decide whether the teaching style and format suit you.

2. The one-time course purchase

The full TinkerLLM course is sold as a one-time purchase of ₹499 (INR) that unlocks lifetime access to all currently published paid lessons and to future lessons within the same course. There is no subscription and no recurring billing, so there is nothing to "cancel" in the usual sense.

3. 7-day refund window

If you purchase the full course and decide it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase, for any reason. To request a refund, email support@tinkerllm.com from the email address on your TinkerLLM account and include:

  • your Razorpay order or payment ID (from the receipt we emailed you);
  • a short note about why the course wasn't a fit (optional, but it helps us improve).

4. How refunds are processed

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment partner, Razorpay.
  • Once approved, refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We do not charge any processing fee for refunds.
  • Upon refund, your access to paid content will be revoked, but you will keep access to the free tier.

5. When a refund may be declined

We may decline or reverse a refund request in the following cases:

  • the request is made more than 7 days after the date of purchase;
  • we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of the Service;
  • the purchase was made using a promotional code or voucher that explicitly excludes refunds;
  • a significant portion of the course content appears to have been downloaded, scraped, or redistributed.

6. Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged but your account is not unlocked, or if you see a duplicate charge, please email support@tinkerllm.com with your order ID. We will investigate and, where applicable, refund the extra or failed transaction in full. Most failed payments are auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days without any action from us.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without first attempting to contact us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.
